From large-scale educational facilities to transportation infrastructure and commercial construction, Noah Kinsey has quickly established himself as a rising leader in the construction industry. As a Project Manager with AJAX Building, he leads the planning and execution of complex construction projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, field operations, subcontractor coordination, and project safety. His current portfolio includes management of a $60 million higher education residence hall and leadership roles on $7.6 million elementary school renovation projects.
Since earning his engineering degree, Kinsey has built experience across every stage of the construction process. His previous roles with C.D. Moody Construction, Terracon, Engineering Consulting Services, Diageo, and the South Carolina Department of Transportation provided opportunities to manage document control, coordinate change orders, develop project schedules, prepare cost estimates, conduct field testing and inspections, and support large-scale commercial, transportation, and industrial projects. His work reflects a commitment to quality, safety, and efficient project delivery while collaborating with owners, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams.
A graduate of South Carolina State University, Kinsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and has continued to strengthen his professional expertise through OSHA 30 certification and the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission certification.
